Before contacting Customer support, please carry out the following preventive checks: - The frequency of the home Wi-Fi network must be set on the 2.4 GHz band. The machine cannot be configured if the home network is set to the 5 GHz band; - the router is switched on and the provider's Wi-Fi line is active; - the area where the appliance is installed is covered by the home Wi-Fi network. If the signal is particularly weak, we recommend using a 'Range Extender' device and repeating the operation; - if there is more than one wi-fi network around the appliance that the phone is registered with (or there is a range extender), make sure that the phone is connected to the correct network during the entire procedure. In this case, it temporarily deletes associations with other Wi-Fi networks, keeping only the one you will use with the appliance active. - network name and password cannot contain special characters, only numbers and upper and lower case letters are allowed; - you have correctly activated the product network according to the indications given by the App; - you have not already registered the product on another user profile of the App. In this case, contact customer service and ask to reset the installation before proceeding with a new registration.
