First, exit the app and close it in the background as well. Turn off the appliance too. After about a minute, turn the product on again and select "Remote Control / Wi-Fi" mode with the knob or the button, depending on the model. Open the App and wait a few moments: the OFFLINE label should vanish and the product be connected correctly.
If the problem persists, make sure that:
- the router is switched on and the Wi-Fi line of the operator is available;
- the area where the appliance is installed is covered by the home Wi-Fi network. If the signal is particularly weak, we recommend using a 'Range Extender' device. In this case, delete the product from the App (without cancelling the App) and make a new association;
- the router password or the home network name has not been changed. In this case, delete the product from the App (without cancelling the App) and make a new association; - the phone is connected to the home wi-fi network (you should see a house icon in the app's homepage) instead of another network (you will see a tree icon in the app's homepage). In the latter case, it may be necessary to wait up to a minute and a half before seeing the connected appliance.
