When the appliance is switched off or not connected to the domestic Wi-Fi network, the App displays the "OFFLINE" label near the appliance icon. Perform the following checks:
- If on the App homepage you see the OUTDOOR label, it means that the smartphone is connected to a different network than the domestic Wi-Fi used to register the appliance; in this case, the response times can reach 1.5 minutes. As a result, updating the "OFFLINE" status may also take the same amount of time.
- Make sure that the appliance is electrically powered and connected to the mains (the Wi-Fi light on the product must be ON and steady).
-Check that the home Wi-Fi network is active and the signal is good in the area where the appliance is installed (for example, position your smartphone near the appliance and try to access any website, to make sure there is connection to the Wi-Fi network).
- Check that you have not replaced the home router, changed network name or password, changed Internet provider. In all these cases, you will have to remove the appliance from the App and proceed with a new registration.
- Check that the smartphone is connected to an Internet network.
